One of the unexpected benefits of adding your deals into TermSheet is that you are building your own comp sets with historical data that you can leverage going forward. We have updated comps to allow for more control when building “comp-sets” which allows you to select from all of your deals and save them as a comp set which you can then come back to at any time. To access comps:
- Go to a deal
- Click on “Insights” (let us know if this tab is not enabled for you)
- Within Insights, click on Comps and you can go from there.
